Spongebob Illustrator
Who lives in a pineapple under the sea? Spongebob Squarepants! We are so fortunate to have such cool parents at CA. One cool parent happens to be an illustrator for Nickelodeon. He came in to share his talent with us by reading a Spongebob book that he illustrated.
Gingerbread Buddies
Here we are decorating gingerbread cookies to wrap up our Gingerbread unit! It was a BLAST! We kicked off our Jan Brett author study by reading Gingerbread Friends. What a cool connection. Our buddies even taught us about foreshadowing. Jan Brett uses foreshadowing a lot in her books.
